Customize the options your customers will see when explaining why they are returning a product.

Reason Management

A clear list of reasons helps you better understand why your customers return products and take decisions to reduce those returns in the future.

Visibility

Use the toggle switch to the right of each reason to control whether it appears in the customer portal or not.

  • Active (Blue): The customer can select it.

  • Disabled (Gray): Hidden from the customer.

Display Order

You can change the order in which reasons are shown by dragging them from the six-dot icon (⋮⋮) to the left of the name. Put the most common ones at the top to facilitate the process for your buyers.

Add New Reasons

If you need specific options for your niche (e.g., "Expired" for food, or "Allergy" for cosmetics), press the "+ Add Reason" button in the top right corner. Remember that you cannot have more than 5 custom reasons active simultaneously so as not to overwhelm the customer.
