Manage who has access to this control panel and collaborate with your employees or partners.

User List

Here you will see all users who can log in to the ReturnsUp backoffice to manage this store.

  • Role: Indicates the permission level (e.g., Admin).

  • 2FA: Shows if the user has two-step authentication enabled (extra security).

  • Plan Limits: In the top right corner, you will see how many users you have consumed from your current plan (e.g., "1/10 users").

Add New User

To invite a collaborator, click on "Add User".

Add User

You will have to fill in:

  • Email: This will be their access identifier.

  • Name: To identify their actions in the Activity Log.

  • Password: Set an initial password that they can then change.

Actions

From the main list you can:

  • (Pencil) Edit user data.

  • (Trash Can) Delete or revoke access to a user immediately. Useful when an employee leaves the company.
