Key Metrics (KPIs)

Total Returns: Gross volume of requests received.
Open Returns: Requests that have not yet been closed (are pending, approved, or in transit).
Pending Approval: The critical number that requires your immediate action.
Recovered in Coupons: Money retained in the store thanks to exchanges or refunds in credit (Gift Card).
Refunded to Customers: Money returned to the original payment method (negative cash flow).
Average Resolution Time: Average days from request to closure.

Distribution by Status and Method
Two pie charts to understand at a glance:
Status: Do I have a bottleneck in "Pending"? Do I have many "In Transit"?
Method: Do my customers prefer refund or exchange? Use it to adjust your incentive strategies (e.g., give a bonus for choosing store credit).
