Granularity: View data grouped by Day, Week, or Month.
Date Range: Select the period to analyze (e.g., Last 30 days, Current Year).
Area: Chart type (Line or Area).
Below the filters you will see comparative metrics:
vs Previous Year: Crucial indicator to know if return volume is growing faster than your sales. If this percentage is very high in red, alert.
Maximum Peak: Identify exactly which day you had the most returns (e.g., "Blue Monday" or just after Kings' Day).
This stacked bar chart allows you to see how your customer preference evolves:
Are you managing to convert more returns into Exchanges (blue) or Store Credit (green) over time?
Or do you still have a majority of Refunds (red)?
Use this information to validate if your changes in Resolution Options are having an effect.
