Activity Log

The "Black Box" of your store. ReturnsUp keeps an immutable record (Audit Log) of everything that happens in the system to ensure security and control.

Activity Log

What is recorded?

The system stores critical events, indicating WHO did WHAT and WHEN:

  • Configuration Changes: If someone modifies the "Instant Refund" policy or alters shipping rules, it will be recorded.

  • Returns Management: Status changes (e.g., from Pending to Rejected), request deletions, or approvals.

  • Automatic Events: Generation of coupons, email sends, or automatic cancellations due to expiration.

  • Payments: Confirmations that a customer has paid for a product exchange.

Filtering and Security

Use this panel to investigate incidents.

  • Filter by User: What changes has manager "John" made today?

  • Security: If a return disappears or is approved by mistake, here you will find the person responsible.

[!NOTE] Total Transparency Even actions performed by the system itself (System) or by customers from the returns portal are recorded so that you always have full traceability of a return's lifecycle.
