Efficiency KPIs
These metrics tell you how much you are automating your process:
With Label: % of returns where ReturnsUp generated the label automatically. If this number is low, you are wasting time managing manual ones.
With Tracking: % of shipments being tracked in real-time.
Active Carriers: Number of integrations used.
Distribution by Carrier
The pie chart shows you which shipping method your customers prefer.
"No Label": Means the customer chose "Shipping at customer's expense" (they manage it).
Integrations (e.g., Correos, Mondial Relay): Shipments managed by you through the platform.
Performance Detail
The bottom table is crucial for negotiating with your transport providers:
Average Time: How long does it take on average for a package to arrive since it is approved? If a carrier takes too long, it might affect customer satisfaction.
Tracking Rate: Tracking reliability.
In Transit: Current volume in the hands of that carrier.
