Automatic Maintenance

To maintain data security and privacy, the system has an automatic retention policy:

  • Labels are automatically deleted from the system 60 days after their creation.

  • Make sure to download them if you need to keep them for a longer period.

Label Cancellation

If you need to cancel a label (for example, because the customer decided not to return the product or made a mistake), the behavior depends on the carrier:

Correos

  • When canceling in ReturnsUp, it is automatically canceled in Correos as well.

  • ⚠️ If the package has already been deposited at the office, cancellation must be managed in person there.

  • When canceling in ReturnsUp, it is automatically canceled in Packlink and a refund can be requested if applicable.

  • ⚠️ If the package has already been picked up by the carrier, it cannot be canceled.

FedEx

  • When canceling in ReturnsUp, it is automatically canceled in FedEx.

  • ⚠️ If the package has already been handed over to FedEx, cancellation might not be possible depending on transit status.

InPost / Mondial Relay

  • Important: When canceling here, it is only marked as canceled in ReturnsUp for your records.

  • 🛑 You must cancel it manually in your "InPost Connect" portal so they don't charge you if it's not used.
