Manage integrations with transport companies to automate the generation of return labels.
Carrier Status
Each integration has a colored border indicating its current status:
Green (Active): Configured correctly and enabled. Customers can select it.
Blue (Configured): Correct credentials, but hidden from the customer (useful for maintenance or temporary changes).
Gray (Not Configured): Has no API credentials.
Available Options
Store sends label
It is the "wildcard" option. If you activate it:
The customer requests the return without generating an automatic label.
You receive the request and can manually upload a PDF with the label of your preferred carrier to the return "chat".
The customer receives an email notifying that their label is ready to download.
Automatic Integrations
ReturnsUp connects directly with major operators using YOUR CREDENTIALS.
Correos: Native generation of national labels.
Correos Express: For urgent shipments.
Mondial Relay / InPost: PUDO drop-off points.
Sendcloud / Packlink: Aggregators to access hundreds of carriers (UPS, DHL, GLS, SEUR, etc.) with a single account.

Your Contract, Your Rates
ReturnsUp connects using your own credentials (API Keys) for each carrier. This means that:
You operate under your own direct contract with the carrier.
You maintain your negotiated rates without extra costs.
We do not charge "hidden" commissions for each shipment or for each label generated.

Reorder
Activate "Reorder Mode" (top switch) to drag and drop cards. The order you define here is exactly the same one your customers will see when choosing a shipping method.
