Shipping Rules

Define how much it will cost the customer to return a product to your store. You can configure simple or complex rules based on weight and number of items.

1. Default Values

If your products in WooCommerce do not have weight or dimensions configured, the system will use these values for rate calculations.

Default Values

It is important to configure this if you are going to use weight-based rates and have an incomplete catalog in WooCommerce.

2. "Your Own Transport" Rates

Configure the prices the customer will see when they select the option for the store (you) to send them the label.

Cost per Item (Variable)

You can establish a base rate for the first product and a supplement for each additional item.

Variable Cost per Item
  • 1st Product: Initial fixed cost (e.g., €4.00).

  • + Additional: Extra cost for each extra product in the package (e.g., +€2.00).

    • Example: Return 1 t-shirt = €4. Return 3 t-shirts = €4 + €2 + €2 = €8.

Rates by Weight

If you prefer to charge based on total package weight, activate this option and define weight ranges.

Rates by Weight
  • Define ranges (e.g., 0kg - 2kg -> €5).

  • The system will sum the weight of all products (using WooCommerce weights or the default value) to calculate the final price.

[!TIP] Zero Cost If you want to offer Free Returns, simply do not configure any price rule or set the cost to €0. The customer will see "Free Shipping".
