1. Landing (Home Page)

This is the first screen the customer sees when entering your returns portal.

Text Configuration - Landing

• Form Title: The main header.

  • Default: "Start Return".

  • Idea: You can use something friendlier like "Something didn't convince you?" or "Manage your exchange here".

• Form Subtitle: Brief instructions below the title.

  • Default: "Enter your order number and email to start".

• Button Text: The main action to search for the order.

  • Default: "Search Order".

2. Refund Methods

Here you can define legal or administrative texts that will appear in official documents.

Text Configuration - Refund Reasons

• Default Refund Reason:

  • This text will be automatically inserted into the credit notes generated by your billing system when a refund is issued.

  • It is useful for complying with tax regulations that require specifying the cause of the rectification.

  • Standard text: "correction for total return of the order and impact of return expenses".

  • You can define a different text for each language (Spanish, English, French) using the available language tabs.
