Order Status Mapping
Automate your workflow allowing ReturnsUp to update the status of orders in WooCommerce when key events occur.

What is it for?
This function saves you manual work. Instead of having to enter WooCommerce and change the order status one by one, ReturnsUp does it for you based on the rules you define here.
Configuration
First, make sure to activate the "Enable Automatic Status Change" switch. Without this, no rule will be executed.
You can define which WooCommerce status to assign for each of the following events:
Return Approved:
Common use: Change to a custom status like "In Return" or keep it the same ("Do not change status").
Executed when you approve the request in the panel.
Refund Completed:
Common use: Change to "Refunded".
Executed when you mark the refund as done.
Exchange Created:
Common use: Change to "On Hold" or similar if you want to pause the original order while managing the exchange.
Executed when the customer requests a product exchange.
Package Received:
Common use: Useful if you have an intermediate status for inspection.
Executed when marking the package reception in logistics.
Note: You will only see in the dropdown list the statuses that you have configured in your WooCommerce store.
