Exchanges
Configure how you manage product exchanges, allowing your customers to choose a different variant (size/color) or even a totally different product.

Condition Text
This message will be visible to the customer during the product selection process for the exchange.
Recommended Use: Clarify specific rules that may cause doubts.
Example: "Remember that if the new product has a higher price, you must pay the difference. If it is lower, we will give you a coupon for the remaining balance."
Security and Payment Deadlines
It is important to distinguish between the security of the link and the time we "hold" the exchange for the customer.
1. Payment Coupon Duration (Days)
It is the numeric field you see on the screen.
What is it?: The time we allow the customer to think about it before paying the difference (if the new product is more expensive).
How it works: When a customer initiates an exchange, the system "reserves" that possibility for X days (default 7). If they do not complete the payment within that period, the exchange request expires.
2. "Magic Link" Security (1 Hour)
Although the exchange is valid for 7 days, for security reasons, the links we send by email to access payment have a short life.
Technical Limit: The "token" or quick access key expires after 1 hour (or 15 minutes in strict configurations).
What happens if it expires?: Nothing happens. The customer just has to request the link again from the portal or enter their credentials again. This prevents old links from being used maliciously.
