Automatically prevent certain products from being returned for hygiene, personalization, or company policy reasons.
Product Exclusions
How does it work?
If a customer tries to return a product that matches an exclusion rule, the system will show a message indicating that "This item cannot be returned" and will not allow them to select it.
This is fundamental for:
Hygiene: Underwear, earrings, used cosmetics.
Expiration: Perishable products.
Personalization: Engraved or custom-made items.
Outlet: Clearance products with "final sale" policy.
Add a Rule
You can block products in two ways:
1. Individual Product
Choose this option if you want to block a specific item (e.g., "Gift Card €50" or a specific bikini model).
In the search bar, type the Name, SKU, or ID of the product to find it.
2. Full Category
Choose this option to block entire families of products (e.g., The entire category "Swimwear" or "Earrings").
It is the fastest way to manage large catalogs without having to go product by product.
Active Rules Management
In the table below you will see all active rules. You can delete them at any time if you change your return policy.
