Export Data

Tools to extract your returns information for accounting or to backup your configuration.

Export Filters

Export Returns

Download a detailed history of returns to use in Excel, Google Sheets, or your accounting software.

1. Export Filters

Define exactly what data you need to avoid downloading unnecessary information:

  • From / To: Select the date range (e.g., the last fiscal quarter).

  • Status: You can filter only "Completed", "Rejected", or download them all ("All").

  • Return Type: If you are only interested in Refunds or only in Exchanges.

  • Search: Optionally, search by a specific email to download a single customer's history.

2. Download

Choose the format that suits you best:

  • CSV (Excel / Sheets): The standard format. Compatible with Excel, Numbers, and Google Sheets. Contains columns for ID, date, customer, products, amounts, and status.

  • JSON (Developers): A structured format ideal if you are going to import this data into another computer system using scripts.

Import Configuration

This section is useful if you manage multiple stores and want to replicate the configuration from one to another quickly, or if you have saved a previous backup.

  • Select JSON file: Upload a previously exported configuration file.

  • ⚠️ Warning: This action will overwrite the current store configuration (branding, rules, texts, etc.). Use it with caution.
