Email Logs
A complete record of all emails sent by the system, essential for verifying that your customers are receiving notifications.

What is it for?
If a customer tells you "I haven't received the email", you can come here and check it instantly.
Quick Statistics
At the top you will see a summary of the health of your communications:
Total / Sent: Number of emails processed.
Failed: Emails that did not arrive (e.g., misspelled email address, server down).
Success Rate: Should always be close to 100%.
History Details
Each line in the table shows an email sent:
Date: When it was sent.
Recipient: Who was supposed to receive it.
Subject: What email it was (New request, Label ready, etc.).
Status: Green (Sent) or Red (Error).
Provider: Which technical service was used (usually "global" or SMTP if you configured it).
View (Eye): Allows you to preview the exact content of the email that was sent.
Data Retention Policy
To keep the system fast and agile, ReturnsUp has an automatic cleanup system.
Email logs are kept for 30 days.
After that time, the system automatically deletes them permanently.
This ensures that you do not accumulate unnecessary old data and complies with good privacy practices.
