A complete record of all emails sent by the system, essential for verifying that your customers are receiving notifications.

What is it for?

If a customer tells you "I haven't received the email", you can come here and check it instantly.

Quick Statistics

At the top you will see a summary of the health of your communications:

  • Total / Sent: Number of emails processed.

  • Failed: Emails that did not arrive (e.g., misspelled email address, server down).

  • Success Rate: Should always be close to 100%.

History Details

Each line in the table shows an email sent:

  • Date: When it was sent.

  • Recipient: Who was supposed to receive it.

  • Subject: What email it was (New request, Label ready, etc.).

  • Status: Green (Sent) or Red (Error).

  • Provider: Which technical service was used (usually "global" or SMTP if you configured it).

  • View (Eye): Allows you to preview the exact content of the email that was sent.

Data Retention Policy

To keep the system fast and agile, ReturnsUp has an automatic cleanup system.

  • Email logs are kept for 30 days.

  • After that time, the system automatically deletes them permanently.

  • This ensures that you do not accumulate unnecessary old data and complies with good privacy practices.
