# Registro de Actividad

El "Caja Negra" de tu tienda. ReturnsUp mantiene un registro inmutable de (**Audit Log**) de todo lo que ocurre en el sistema para garantizar la seguridad y el control.

## ¿Qué se registra?

El sistema almacena eventos críticos, indicando **QUIÉN** hizo **QUÉ** y **CUÁNDO**:

* **Cambios de Configuración**: Si alguien modifica la política de "Reembolso Instantáneo" o altera las reglas de envío, quedará registrado.
* **Gestión de Devoluciones**: Cambios de estado (ej. de Pendiente a Rechazada), eliminaciones de solicitudes, o aprobaciones.
* **Eventos Automáticos**: Generación de cupones, envíos de emails, o anulaciones automáticas por caducidad.
* **Pagos**: Confirmaciones de que un cliente ha pagado por un cambio de producto.

## Filtrado y Seguridad

Usa este panel para investigar incidencias.

* **Filtrar por Usuario**: ¿Qué cambios ha hecho el gestor "Juan" hoy?
* **Seguridad**: Si una devolución desaparece o se aprueba por error, aquí encontrarás al responsable.

> \[!NOTE] **Transparencia Total** Incluso las acciones realizadas por el propio sistema (System) o por los clientes desde el portal de devoluciones quedan registradas para que siempre tengas la trazabilidad completa del ciclo de vida de una devolución.
